The Hiit Crew combines functional body weight movements, exercise machines, boxing, core, stabilization and strength into a circuit that will get your heart rate pumping.

 

Our workouts are fast, furious and fun in a team training environment. Workout with like minded people who will challenge and support you through your journey.

Gold Memberships

6 month contract - $45 per week. This is our lowest offer which also includes two 8 week challenges within the 6 months.

Benefits — you can suspend membership for 2 weeks.

3 month contract - $50 per week. This includes one  8 week challenge with in time frame.

No contract - $55 per week. Our most flexible membership.

First Timers

Towel + Water Bottle

Things can get quite sweaty and for hygiene reasons we ask that you bring a towel. Drink bottles can be refilled in our facility.

Arrive Early

It is recommended that you arrive at least 10—15 minutes before the class. This gives you time to check in & meet your trainer.

If you have any concerns or injuries that may inhibit certain movements, this is a great time to let the team know.

Stretching Area

We have a stretching area that can be used before and after sessions.

If you would like to foam roll or use our bands to warm up (which is recommended) then this is perfect before your class.
